Dr. Jay B. Carson is a passionate organizational leadership expert and consultant who loves to help organizations, teams, and people embrace the dance between leading and following.  He combines over 15 years of experience in Executive Education at world-class business schools with almost 30 years of real-world business experience to bring both deep knowledge and applied insight to your people problems.  His expertise spans a wide range of topics, with particular focus on the areas of leadership development, high performance teams, and innovation.  He has received many awards for his outstanding teaching and service to the community.
